Our Future Projects

Ending poverty through education spaces

Building new classrooms allows all children to attend school and be in a class where they can learn and thrive in a safe and comfortable space. Improving other facilities and creating boundary walls/ fences protect students and teaching staff and the pride in their school grows. Overall, quality school facilities allow children to do their best, and their test results improve, leading to more opportunities for their future.

Sponsor a child

Fighting poverty in Zimbabwe through education. We provide children in Zimbabwe, identified and assessed by our local community partners, with the opportunity to attend school through sponsorship. Education gives a child the chance to create a better life for themself, their family, and their whole community. Without education, the cycle of poverty continues.

  • Safe space: safe place during the day, proportionate teacher-to-student ratio, activities, and clubs.

  • Breaks the poverty cycle: Sets a standard for the future generation to break the poverty cycle.

  • Opportunity to dream big: Our goal is to have all children finish grade 12 (Known as Sixth Form in Zimbabwe), lead to Sponsor a Future, and be confidence to understand future choices after high school.

Sponsor a Future

Bridging the gap in Zimbabwe from primary to secondary school to higher education.

We plan to address the need to keep children in school from primary through to high school through our Sponsor a Child program. The next step was to provide more options for youth in Zimbabwe to continue their studies after grade 12 by sponsoring them to go to university, college, or vocational training institutions, both locally and internationally.

  • Education provides pathways out of poverty – individual earnings increase by 10-30% for each school year completed.

Life Skills Center

Connecting youth to learning and livelihood opportunities and providing safe spaces for them to focus on their wellbeing.

In Zimbabwe, most of our programs take place on mats under a mango tree. This limits safety and impact. So we would like to build a community center to provide a space for more young people, especially girls, to have access to resources dedicated to them.

  • We aim to see girls, boys, women, and men working together to prove that education and proper support can uplift families and entire communities.

The Life Skills Center will focus on four pillars which contribute to a brighter future for youth in Zimbabwe:

Give the gift of education today.
